72-hour cold-fermented sourdough, mixed in our Vancouver kitchen the morning of your event. Hand-stretched on a marble counter we bring with us. No frozen, no premade, no shortcuts.
A portable Italian oven that runs at 800°F, set up wherever your event is. Each pizza takes 90 seconds. Your guests watch them char, blister, and come out blistering hot.
One chef firing, one runner serving. We arrive 90 minutes early, bring everything we need, and clean up so it’s like we were never there. Your only job is to enjoy the night.
Setup is silent and out of the way. Oven heats while we prep the topping station. By the time your first guest walks in, the smell of fresh dough is already in the air.
We start firing the moment your event opens. Pies come out one every 90 seconds, sliced and placed on the chef’s table for guests to grab as they walk by.
The line of curious guests around the oven becomes the social hub of your event. People meet at the table. Conversation moves around the fire. This is the part nobody plans for and everyone remembers.
We wind down quietly, pack the oven while guests linger, and leave the space exactly the way we found it. Most clients never see us pack up — that’s the point.
Our guests are still talking about the pizza three months later. The team showed up, did their thing, and somehow turned a corporate dinner into the most relaxed evening we’ve ever hosted.

Table One is a two-person operation, by design.
We’re husband and wife — one of us behind the oven, the other running the floor. We started Table One because we wanted to build the kind of catering experience we’d actually want at our own wedding: warm, unhurried, and built around great food made in front of you.
Every event we book, we run ourselves. No subcontractors, no rotating staff. The people you meet at your discovery call are the same people firing pizzas at your event.
Tell us your date, your venue, and how many people are eating. We’ll send a real quote within 24 hours — no sales calls, no upsells.
