Pizza with prosciutto, burrata and arugula finished with olive oil
Mobile Pizzeria Catered Events Metro Vancouver

table
one.

A private pizza experience — brought to your event,
made in front of your guests.
As tasted at private weddings corporate offsites backyard parties + pop-up events

Three things, done
very well.

N°1—N°3
Hand-stretched dough being topped with fresh ingredients
N°1

The dough.

72-hour cold-fermented sourdough, mixed in our Vancouver kitchen the morning of your event. Hand-stretched on a marble counter we bring with us. No frozen, no premade, no shortcuts.

Chef with a freshly baked pepperoni pizza
N°2

The fire.

A portable Italian oven that runs at 800°F, set up wherever your event is. Each pizza takes 90 seconds. Your guests watch them char, blister, and come out blistering hot.

Chef finishing a pizza with freshly grated parmesan
N°3

The service.

One chef firing, one runner serving. We arrive 90 minutes early, bring everything we need, and clean up so it’s like we were never there. Your only job is to enjoy the night.

The night, in motion.

A typical evening
−90 min.

We arrive.

Setup is silent and out of the way. Oven heats while we prep the topping station. By the time your first guest walks in, the smell of fresh dough is already in the air.

0:00.

First pizza out.

We start firing the moment your event opens. Pies come out one every 90 seconds, sliced and placed on the chef’s table for guests to grab as they walk by.

+45 min.

The crowd settles in.

The line of curious guests around the oven becomes the social hub of your event. People meet at the table. Conversation moves around the fire. This is the part nobody plans for and everyone remembers.

+2 hr.

Last pies, then we vanish.

We wind down quietly, pack the oven while guests linger, and leave the space exactly the way we found it. Most clients never see us pack up — that’s the point.

Our guests are still talking about the pizza three months later. The team showed up, did their thing, and somehow turned a corporate dinner into the most relaxed evening we’ve ever hosted.

Guest Minimum Smaller groups available — ask about The Table.
How much space do you need?
A 10×10 ft footprint outdoors, level ground, within 30 ft of your event space. Indoor venues can work too — ask us about the electric oven option.
Can you handle dietary restrictions?
Yes. Every package includes vegetarian and vegan options by default. Gluten-free dough available with 7 days notice. We label everything clearly at the station.
What about rain?
We bring our own tent. Vancouver weather doesn’t stop us — but if your event is fully exposed and forecast looks rough, we’ll work with you on a backup plan.
How far in advance should we book?
Summer Saturdays book 3–4 months out. Most other dates we can accommodate with 4–6 weeks notice. Last-minute? Send us a note — we hold a few flex dates each month.
Do you serve drinks?
Not directly — we focus on what we do best. We have a list of bar partners we love and can introduce you, or we’ll work seamlessly with the team you’ve already hired.
The Table One team

The team
behind the fire.

Table One is a two-person operation, by design.

We’re husband and wife — one of us behind the oven, the other running the floor. We started Table One because we wanted to build the kind of catering experience we’d actually want at our own wedding: warm, unhurried, and built around great food made in front of you.

Every event we book, we run ourselves. No subcontractors, no rotating staff. The people you meet at your discovery call are the same people firing pizzas at your event.

Let’s talk
about your
night.

Tell us your date, your venue, and how many people are eating. We’ll send a real quote within 24 hours — no sales calls, no upsells.
